We can ship to most international addresses.
Fulfilment of orders on this store is handled by The Printful (printful.com), which is responsible for printing the designs onto the items you purchase. Once you have clicked on the "confirm" button, it is not possible edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. Replacement of Products and credits for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Printful investigation and discretion.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Average shipping time is between 2-3 weeks due to high demand. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
kiikiijovashop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us for more information at hello@kiikiijova.com.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Online download
For any problem with online download and purchase, please write to us at the email address hello@kiikiijova.com and send us proof of purchase as an attachment.
